The Kids Gym

A physically active child has a good health and has reduced risk of obesity and chronic disease as he/she grows older. This program encourages children to try out games based on fundamental movement skills thereby building strength, stamina, agility, coordination, flexibility, balance and control.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics classes, at Sportyze, are one of the most exciting social and physical activity class. A child can take part in it from 4 years onwards. Gymnastics helps in building the child’s confidence in their own capabilities, creates willingness to try new activities and learn new skills while having fun.
